Am 9. Juni ist das Ergebnis der niederländischen Parlamentswahlen bekanntgegeben. Des Herrn Wilders PVV-"Partei" hat nicht den Gipfel erreicht, der vor wenigen Monaten ihr noch versprochen schien. Aber 24 Abgeordneten aus 150 ist viel zu viel. Heute wird im Regierungsformationsspiel von dem Wahlgewinner VVD (Konservativ-Liberal) gesucht nach Wegen, um mit der Wilderspartei und den schwer geschlagenen Christdemokraten (21 Abg. aus 150, statt 41 im vorherigen Parlament) eine Koalition zu bilden.

Mit 76 von 150 Abgeordneten würde es technisch nicht unmöglich sein. Um so mehr, weil die SGP Partei (theokratisch-protestantisch, 2 Abgeordnete) angeboten hat, eine dergleichen Koalition -unter Vorbedingungen- zu unterstützen.

Ich unterstelle dennoch nicht, dass es soweit kommen könnte.

Wilders gaat CDA-VVD kabinet "gedogen". Dus een stem op W. is een stem op Balkenende [NL]

Wilders zet de tering naar de nering, denkt hij.

Maar:

Het effect is, dat wie nu nog voor Wilders gaat stemmen, eigenlijk voor Balkenende stemt.

Is dat wat de mensen willen, die op Wilders vertrouwden dat hij de slappe elite van dit land "gek zou maken"??

De kassa bij het CDA en de VVD rinkelt vrolijk. "Goed", denken ze, "dat we Wilders niet uitgesloten hebben, zoals Links en de CU dat wel hebben gedaan."  En: "Balkenende gaat z'n achterkamertjes-overwinning van 2002 via Pim Fortuyn, in 2010 herhalen!"

Te vroeg gejuicht. Hoop ik. En ik vertel verderop, waarom.

Waarom heeft Geert Wilders, na twee weken betrekkelijke mediastilte, deze nieuwe draai gemaakt?

De gestage val van de PVV in de kiezersgunst, maakt een premierschap voor Geert tot een illusie.

Bulgaria: A political change that Europe shouldn't neglect 9/7 [EN]

For the third time since 1989, Bulgarian voters have inflicted a massive "no" to their political class.
The GERB party (a Bulgarian language shortcut for "Citizens for an European Development of Bulgaria") got 116 of the available 240 seats in the one-cameral parliament of Sofia. Their nearly 40% of the more than 60% vote, propelled the vociferous major of the capital Sofia, Boiko Borissof, into the seat of prime minister.

At the European elections of last month it was already impossible to deny, that Borissovs party was going to carry the national elections, scheduled for July 5.
The high level of participation in the election helped to justify the GERB victory, in spite of frequent vote-buying, an ethnic Turkish vote and "election tourism" on an unprecented scale.

In 1990, Bulgarian voters chased the historic Todor Zhivkov gerontocracy. In 2001, they invested their hopes in the former king Simeon. Every time, they were disappointed. Will the Borissov landslide of 2009 be their ultimate revenge?

Will the third Bulgarian electoral revolution finally bring peace and progress?

Bulgarie: Un changement que l'Europe ne doit pas sousestimer 9/7 [FR]

Pour la troisième fois depuis 1989, les électeurs bulgares ont exprimé leur ralbol massif de la classe politique du pays. Le parti GERB, (sigle bulgare pour "Citoyens pour le Développement européen de la Bulgarie"), mené par le maire de la capitale Sofia, Boiko Borissov, a obtenu 116 des 240 sièges au parlement monocaméral, le 5 juillet dernier, en récoltant 39,71% du vote.

Ce résultat était prévisible depuis les élections au parlement européen du mois dernier. Avec un taux de participation relativement très élevé, et malgré l'achat local de votes par certains représentants de la majorité sortante, malgré le "tourisme électoral" et malgré le vote ethnique de la minorité turque, pour la troisième fois en vingt ans, les élections nationales ont chassé du pouvoir une classe de dirigeants qui semblait inamovible.
En 1990, la gérontocratie autour du leader communiste historique Todor Zhivkov a été remplacée par un version "light" de l'ancienne élite politique, réunie dans le Parti Socialiste Bulgare (BSP). Onze années plus tard, marquées de crises économiques, développements mafieux et émigration massive vers l'Occident, l'ancien roi éphémère Simeon a été porté par l'électorat à la présidence du conseil des ministres (2001). Mais il a vite déçu. Le BSP a pu organiser à nouveau une majorité. Majorité qui a été battue le 5 juillet dernier.
Quelles sont les perspectives de cette troisième "révolution électorale" des Bulgares?
