I am so happy to see the amount of response I get on the different subjects treated here.
As I am not at home now, but connected through friendly hosts to the Web, as is more and more possible, these times, I'll have to be brief and concise.
- On the Brussels City front, there seems a compromise in the making, of which I am not sure at all, if it meets my (our) Brussels concerns. Anyhow, it seems to exclude the extremists of both sides (the flemish NVA as well as the francophile FDF, who are respectively allied to the flemish christian democrat party of prime minister Leterme, and to the conservative (liberal) MR party of vice-prime minister Reynders).
- On the Ulfkotte Neutralization Front, some progress is made, as the protests against the Cologne anti-islam rightwing meeting have gained support in the mainstream city press. Look at Duckhome about this encouraging phenomenon. And consider going 20 September to the German city of Cologne to join into the peaceful protest against the anti-islam conference.
- As you may have guessed, I am in Eastern Europe at this moment, and I collected some material that may be of interest to the debates on Europe's future and frontiers. The valiant 19th century Bulgarians mixed wood and stone in order to get beautiful walls, that support their proud mansions.
New skills are necessary to Poles, Rumenians and Bulgarians, to mention only some, to get their just share of European and worldwide wealth. And the "old" Europeans should not forget to learn from the "new" ones their old trade and costumes.
I am here and there to help. Let's see what comes out. :-)
